Most of our selections are in stock however we may not have in stock every style, size, and color but we have the resources to get you the item you want as fast as possible including comfort wear that we don't carry at all. See below for the services we offer.
 
Product Availability
Please note that we have four different types of product availability "In Stock" which means we have the product in our warehouse "Special order" which means that the manufacturer in all likelihood has the product in their warehouse, "Comfortwear Launch" which means we have not begun to sell the product but we will start carrying at the date specified and "Back Order" which means we are waiting for the manufacturer to get the item in stock. "Special Request" is request for an item that we don't carry but that we will try to get from the manufacturer.
 
In Stock Orders
are shipped within two days of your order on business days. So if you order on Monday you can expect your item/s no later than Friday and as early as Wednesday. If you choose FedEx Standard Overnight and you get your order in before 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time then you will have your package the next day. If you do not receive your order by the specified shipping time then your shipping is free. 
 
Special Orders
We make special orders to the manufacturer on Monday morning each week. Here are two scenarios on special orders. You purchase an item that is a "special order" on Sunday. We order it from the manufactures on Monday and we receive it on Wednesday. We will send it to you on Wednesday or Thursday
So it we will ship it within four or five days of your ordered Now, if you order it on Monday we will not place the order until the following Monday so you can add a week on the above scenario so you are looking at 15 to 16 days to receive your item/s. So if you do make a special order you will have it anywhere from 10 to 11 days before your order is shipped.
 
Swimwear Launch
We will ship your order within two business days of when we get the product in stock. We will note by the product the estimated time that the product will ship.
 
Back Order
You should go ahead and purchase this item if you are not in a hurry. We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order. We will notify you as soon as we no when we will be getting the item in.
 
Special Requests
If you like a certain item but would like it in a different color or top or shape, just ask and we will do our best to try to get it for you. If the selection is by another manufacturer then the ones that we already sell please ask because we may be able to get the item.
 
Foreign Orders
Please note that every country is different and may charge a duty on your purchase when it arrives. Duties are your responsibility so please be prepared. We will not accept returns on foreign orders but will give you an exchange or store credit. All shipping is your responsibility on exchanges. We will not pay for any shipping on an exchange.

FedEx Shipping

We are proud to use FedEx as are preferred carrier. This makes tracking your order much easier. After we have shipped your order we will send you your tracking number. We want to note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. In such case we will use U.S. Mail or UPS. Delivery is not guaranteed overnight to Alaska and Hawaii

Next Day Shipping
In most cases if your order is in by 2:30 P.M. EST you will have your order the next day. Deliveries are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). For Saturday Delivery Next Day Service is $30. Click the button marked Next Day during checkout.

Return Policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to return your merchandise with the original tags in new and unused condition for an exchange. Please include a copy of your original receipt as well as the form below with your unworn items with attached tags. Also, email us at exchanges@comfygirl.com . Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, but when we send out the new item we will pay for shipping on your first exchange. If you are completely unsatisfied after your first exchange we will give you store credit in the amount of the original suit. We feel that we have one of the best selections of comfort wear on the internet and that if a suit does not work for you now we feel one will work in the future, or you can always redeem your credit for a gift. It is not our policy to give cash refunds.
 
Foreign Exchanges/Returns
Please note that foreign exchanges will bare all shipping costs on exchanges. We will not pay for the first exchange on shipping.
