Comfygirl Return/Exchange Policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to return your merchandise with the original tags in new and unused condition for an exchange. Please include a copy of your original receipt as well as the form below with your unworn product with tags. Also, email us at exchanges@comfygirl.com. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, but when we send out the new suit we will pay for shipping on your first exchange. If you are completely unsatisfied after your first exchange we will give you store credit. If after 90 days from your purchase you have not found another suit that you wish to purchase with store credit, then you may email us and request a refund for your purchase. We will refund your money to your credit card minus the price of shipping and handling. This refund offer is good for 30 days (between 90 days and 120 days of your purchase). If you do not contact us within that 30 day period then your store credit will remain and is good as long as we have a store.
